MACKS Return Policy
“MACKS” ships all orders through USPS and DHL, anywhere in the United States. We will also ship all orders same-day, if they are placed before 11 AM Pacific Time (2 PM Eastern Time) Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.
All returns, whether by a Customer or Provider, must be made as follows:
- Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) from the Company; by emailing return@macks4life.websitepro.hosting correct e-mail address
- Ship items to the address provided by the Company Customer Service Department when you are given your RMA.
Provide a copy of the invoice with the returned products or service. Such an invoice must reference the RMA and include the reason for the return.
Ship back product in manufacturer’s box exactly as it was delivered.
All returns must be shipped to the Company pre-paid, as the Company does not accept shipping collect packages. MACKS recommends shipping returned product by UPS or FedEx with tracking and insurance as risk of loss or damage in shipping of the returned product shall be borne solely by the Customer or Provider. If the returned product is not received at the Company Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Customer/Provider to trace the shipment and no credit will be applied.
MACKS will adhere to its ninety (90) day, 100% satisfaction guarantee policy and shall provide Customer a full refund of all monies paid if the Customer returns the product within 90 days of the sales transaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you may return the items for a refund provided the products remain in resalable condition (as defined in the Policies and Procedures). Credit card orders will be refunded to the card used for your most recent purchase of each specific item the refund shall be 90% of the purchase price.
